By using Bomma, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Bomma lets you transform photos into AI-generated styles. We may add, change, or remove styles and features over time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Acceptable use

• Only upload photos you have the right to use.
• Do not upload images of other people without their consent.
• Do not use the service to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

4. Content and ownership

You retain rights to the photos you upload. You receive a license to use the results you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to process your photos and operate the service.

5. Plans and billing

Free accounts include limited daily generations. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Prices are shown at checkout (e.g. $11.99/week).

6. Refunds

Subscription charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by the app store through which you subscribed.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". AI output may be imperfect. We do not guarantee any specific result, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bomma is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
